# Return and Refund Policy

If you don't like our product, you can request a refund for your first order within 90 days of placing your first order with us by sending an email to support@moduspure.com. 

In this email, you must include:
* Your name
* Your order number
* The date of your purchase
* Your address

We will then provide you with the return address and instructions for returning your product to us in order to process your refund. You must return the product to us in order to receive a refund. 

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 6 weeks after receipt of the returned product. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
